SUMMER HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
This year’s Summer High Performance Program will feature 5 different training groups, allowing more athletes the opportunity to grow their game over the summer like never before.
This program is intended for driven goalies looking to evolve their skills and positional knowledge, goaltenders willing to step out of their comfort zone, and open their minds to improve their entire game.

SUMMER “LIGHT” PROGRAM
Our Summer “Light” Program allows goaltenders to develop their skills while minimizing on-ice time.
This one-day-a-week progressive training program is designed for younger goalies playing lower level minor hockey (Select/A/AA) who want to improve their foundational skills. Running from July through August, our “Light” program is a condensed version of our higher level programs.
Let our experienced coaches, joined by our mentor athletes, build your young goalies’ foundational skills in a fun, positive, and challenging environment.

SUMMER TINY TENDIES PROGRAM
Our Summer Tiny Tendies Program aims to provide the newest generation of goaltenders with the best available training development program. This program will give goaltenders the understanding, foundation, and structure needed to excel at the position.
This program is for any goaltender born from 2016 to 2019 (Select/A/AA) or those who are newer to the position and looking for an introductory to beginner program (1-2 years of playing goalie experience) to start their goaltending journey.
Let our experienced coaches, joined by our mentor athletes, build your young goalies’ foundational skills in a fun, positive, and challenging environment.
